Message	got the paint at a hobby store. If your gonna do it make sure it is high temp paint being the lights generate heat. Atleast this was my thought. Test for quality also. I found some paint that I would have bought if it hadnt of been tested first. I'd suggest buying a few diffferent cans and when you get them home test them on some plastic peices to check the quality. O yeah, what balance tube? Never criticize your fellow man until you have walked a mile in his shoes. That way when you criticize him your a mile away and you have his shoes.
